How did you find LMS and/or Montessori?
I started my teaching career at a school that was a Reggio-inspired arts program. When I realized the beautiful and similar relationship Montessori had to the Reggio way of teaching, I grew to appreciate Montessori. It made more sense on the essence of childhood and the developmental journey and has broadened my scope on educational practices and guiding the child.
Do you have any pets? Tell us about them!
Not currently, but I’ve lived with many over my years. As I child in Liberia, we had a variety of pets such as a monkey named Sarah, Medal our German Shepard, Kreshaw the parrot, and Skippy another other dog.
What's something surprising people might not know about you?
That I can paint and draw well with both hands although I’m left dominant.
What kinds of things do you like to do when you're not at LMS?
I love managing/hosting, and designing for creative events and assorted celebrations. I also like doing commissioned or personal artwork.
